Experience:

Twenty-seven years as the Principal Broker of a Maryland & Virginia real estate firm, listing and selling residential, land and commercial properties.  During this period we sold hundreds of both new and previously owned homes, managed and leased a 80,000 square foot class A office building, developed land for a regional mall and strip centers and a 1300 unit PUD.  We also built homes in the moderate price range.

Since relocating to Lee County fifteen years ago, I have sold new homes for US Home, listed and sold resale homes, acted as a buyers agent and originated mortgages. 

As a commercial agent I have listed industral, land, and represented medical in the leasing of new office space.

After years in real estate, I still invest over 30 days each year taking classes, attending seminars and conventions.
